  1. Unique Artworks: Each artwork sold on the Lilburn Art Gallery website and social media is unique and one-of-a-kind. As such, we encourage you to consider your purchase carefully before finalizing it.

  2. Artist-Specific Return Policies: Since Lilburn Art Gallery does not physically carry inventory and operates as a platform for artists, each artwork is accompanied by the artist's specific return policy. Please refer to the individual artwork listing for details on the artist's return policy.

  3. Final Sale: Given the uniqueness of the artworks and their nature as one-of-a-kind pieces, all sales are considered final once the transaction is completed, unless otherwise stated explicitly in the artist's return policy.

  4. Resale and Authenticity: Artworks purchased with an authentication letter from Lilburn Art Gallery can be resold through our platform and affiliated channels. We ensure that all artworks resold maintain their authenticity and integrity.

  5. Return Exceptions: In rare cases of discrepancies or issues with the artwork received (such as damage during shipping or authenticity concerns not covered by the authentication letter), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the artwork. We will work with you and the artist to find a satisfactory resolution.
