David Jaraiz - biography : This Vancouver-based Canadian artist’s practice is characterized by a sustained exploration of enlarged ocular forms, which recur as a central visual motif throughout his work. His figures often merge human and insect-like characteristics, producing a hybrid imagery that situates the body within a surreal and symbolic framework.
